MY HEATLHY BREAKFAST FOR 21 DAYS | DAY 4 TO DAY  10-SUPER HEALTHY SMOTHIES

Picking up where we left off!

I’m making super healthy smoothies for my breakfast all this week so this should cover Day 4 to Day 10.

I love smoothies more especially raw greens. They help me kick start my day and it’s  a plus to my health.I have to top all this up by drinking loads of water for obvious hydration reasons.

I added a bit of twist each time I made a new smoothie.For example-The first time was all greens.The second time was with a bit of  twist of one carrot.Another time was orange and so forth-Feel free to add whatever you prefer.

Ingredients 

  • Raw Spinach
  • Raw Broccoli 
  • Raw Cucumber 
  • Kiwi Fruit
  • Orange Fruit
  • Apple Fruit 
  • Cinamon Spies
  • Natural Youghut 
  • Natural Milk
