Here we go again…

It feels super great to be back in the gym!The 3 crucial things that are definitely going to keep me on track are:

1. Consistency

I look back at 2017 and realise that I was one of those special people who subscribed to a gym membership but occasionally went to the gym lol.It’s 2018 and things are sure different-I’m telling you…He he he he!

2.Excellent self control where my meal potions are concerned

I’ve been eating way too much and it has to stop like period!

3. Eating healthy

I’m pretty much in a safe zine here because eating healthy happens to be one of my favourite things. I weighed myself thing morning and and all I have to say is FAT MUST FALL! Sheila Mo
