For the past good few years,pesto has always been one of my favourite things to date-Like I would literally have it with just about anything!Well I mostly enjoy it with my pasta dishes.A friend made me a homemade pesto dish this past weekend and I couldn’t resist but had to look up an organic recipe from You Tube-Goodbye Tesco pesto and hello to mio homemade pesto version-This right here tastes like the best thing I’ve ever eaten(my pickup line when appetising food is in front of me…)

I had planned to add pine nuts and forgot to use them but it still tasted yummiest.I ended up blending in the nuts that evening though.Since I love adding a bit of my personal twist to some great finds recipes, I couldn’t resist seasoning my dish with almond milk-Thy tastiness + creaminess-You don’t say!
