You know the drill!Water is good for our health.It makes no sence eating healthy if we don’t take in enough fluids.I try make it a habit of carrying a bottle in my handbag where ever I go.The best thing would be to start of your morning with a glass of water mixed with lemon on an empty stomach.They say lemon would make you crave fluids.You know the way you have hunger pangs sometimes?Most times it’s not really that you are hungry-you just need to drink more water!
